Our Story
HYDOUT Café began as a return.
Through reconnecting with family and time spent back in Vietnam, we came to understand where our family came from, how they survived, and the land that sustained them. With the help of our extended family, we built relationships with farmers and producers across coffee, matcha, tea, and food.
For our mother, coffee was not a lifestyle. It was survival. She sold cups of coffee on the street, one at a time.
That history shapes how we work today. We source directly, prepare thoughtfully, and build this café the same way. One cup at a time.
